Pay Range: $77,180.00 – $102,899.99

**What You'll Be Doing**
* Lead a production team in optimizing plant safety, plant performance and plant efficiency.
* Operate cement kiln and milling circuits in alignment with plant targets and regulatory requirements.
* Communicate/coordinate with other plant teams (e.g. quality, maintenance, environment, etc.) relative to operational needs and performance.
* Lead plant personnel on process control systems and best practices.
* Utilize operating and administrative technologies, software and methodologies.

* Experience in cement or heavy process environment, with the ability to influence cross functional teams and guide operators toward consistent, high quality production.

* Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic manufacturing setting, with the confidence to make informed decisions during atypical operating conditions, equipment changes, or process variability
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a heavy industrial setting, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. The position requires time spent both in the Control room and within the plant floor, with a focus on safety, compliance and collaboration.
