Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Process Engineer** **工艺工程师** located in **S****uzhou MCi.** **What a typical day looks like:** * The training and implementation of new or modified processes towards operators. * 对操作员进行新的或修改的成型工艺的培训和实施。 * Start up processes according to the defined process setting and procedures. * 根据定义的流程设置和程序启动流程。 * Continuous improvement of the processes with  respect to quality, quantity, costs, ergonomics and safety. * 在质量、产量、成本、工程学和安全方面持续改进流程。 * Responsible for production quality according the applicable procedures. * 根据适用的程序负责生产质量。 * Report and visualize performance criteria to production manager and organisation. * 向生产经理和组织报告和可视化绩效标准。 * Dealing with customer complaints, internal / external, and initiating and implementing corrective actions to improve using 8D techniques * 处理客户投诉，内部及外部，并使用 8D 技术进行改进，启动和实施纠正措施。 * Report and arrange documentation of process according to ISO/TS 16949. * 根据 ISO/TS 16949 报告和安排过程文档。 * Development of reliable processes * 开发可靠的生产工艺 * Leading of 6 Sigma and LEAN projects. * 负责6 Sigma 和 LEAN 项目。 **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant working experience as Process Engineer 本科及以上学历，具有3–5年工艺工程相关工作经验 * Strong internal issue-tracking ability, closely drive to improvements 具备较强的内部问题追踪能力，能够推动问题持续改进 * Proactive and assertive in following up and pushing for resolution 积极主动，善于跟进并推动问题解决 * Skilled in driving process improvement and optimization 擅长推动流程改进与优化 * Possess excellent communication and organizational coordination skills. 具有良好的沟通、组织协调能力、团队协作精神。 * Familiar with automotive components will be a plus 熟悉汽车零部件者优先 * English: reading and writing. 英语：书面读写 **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Social Insurance * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
