In the Quality Team, we aim to ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and manufacturing standards by driving quality performance, managing risks, and fostering continuous improvement throughout the production process.
**MISSION**

In this role, you will:
1\. Drive quality performance and continuous improvement: Ensure products and processes achieve defined quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned business unit or area of responsibility.
2\. Manage quality risks and non-conformities: Monitor product and process performance, identify quality risks, and lead corrective actions to address non-conformities and improve customer satisfaction.
3\. Promote quality standards and best practices: Collaborate with production and support teams to ensure the effective application of Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) principles and quality methodologies across operations.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Monitoring and improving quality performance indicators within the assigned area
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and manufacturing requirements
* Managing product and process non-conformities and coordinating corrective actions
* Conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
* Collaborating with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
**Required**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
* 1–3 years of experience in quality, process engineering, manufacturing, or related environments
* New graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Good communication in Thai and English
**Preferred**
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement, or root cause analysis methodologies
