**About the Department**
At the Quality Department, we aim to ensure high-performance quality standards across our operations while driving continuous improvement to deliver reliable and safe products to our customers.
**Mission**
In this role, you will:
* Lead quality performance within the assigned scope (business unit, process, or team) and continuously improve quality results
* Ensure application of quality standards and procedures defined for the field of activity
* Manage non-conformities, including analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up
* Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and analytical approaches
* Collaborate closely with production, process engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality
**Who We Are Looking For**
**Required**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Production, or related fields)
* 0 - 5 years of experience in quality, process engineering, or manufacturing environment _(New graduates are welcome to apply)_
* Knowledge of quality standards, process control, or industrial manufacturing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Good English communication proficiency
**Preferred**
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Exposure to quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, continuous improvement methods) is a plus
