**PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Under general supervision, the Processing Clerk will be responsible for the review, tracking and processing of transactions from both internal and external partners
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Tracking, reviewing and processing of items
* Prepare and maintain reports
* Assists with various project related activities, on an as needed basis
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
* Essential functions are typically performed in an office setting
* Noise level is medium
* Visual level is high
* Lifting required, typically less than 20 lbs.
* Able to endure prolonged seating/standing associated with the performance of essential functions.
* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (beginners’ level)
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
**Preferred:**
* Working knowledge of legal transfer requirements
* Financial services industry experience (transfer agent)
