As a **Procurement Category Manager**, you will develop and execute the sourcing strategy for **Particle Optics Detection Modules**, working closely with suppliers and internal teams around the world. Your focus will be on building strong supplier partnerships, securing supply, improving cost and performance, and supporting technology innovation. **What You Will Do** * Develop and execute the **global category and sourcing strategy** for Particle Optics and Detection Modules. * Build strategic supplier relationships focused on **innovation, quality, cost, delivery, and supply continuity**. * Lead **supplier selection, RFPs, negotiations, and contracts**. * Monitor supply markets and identify **risks, opportunities, and emerging trends**. * Partner with **R&D, Operations, Product Management, and other stakeholders** to support technology and business roadmaps. * Manage supplier performance and drive **continuous improvement**. * Use data and market insights to identify **cost optimization and risk-reduction opportunities**. * Provide procurement and market insights to support key business decisions. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s or Master's degree in **Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field**. * **5+ years of experience** in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management. * Experience managing a **technical category or commodity** in an international environment. * Strong **negotiation and supplier relationship management** skills. * Ability to work effectively with **technical and cross-functional teams**. * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Comfortable working in a **global, matrixed organization**.
