Procurement Continous Improvement Specialist

**Job Description Summary:** SMART Agri Continuous Improvement and Procurement Manager for SDN Business **Job Description:** * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. * Responsible for leading sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the organization obtains goods and services at the best value while meeting quality, delivery, compliance, and sustainability requirements. * This role manages supplier relationships, drives cost optimization initiatives, supports business stakeholders, and ensures procurement processes are aligned with company policies and strategic objectives. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, sourcing processes, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and category management. * Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies. * Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. * ·Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement analytics/reporting tools. * Familiar with procurement governance, risk management, and sustainability practices. * Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
