Making sure that our 50+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure. **Your Main Duties In Flying With Us** * Assist in the development and issuance of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) * Analyze supplier responses, comparing pricing, terms, and capabilities * Support the evaluation and selection process, documenting key findings and recommendations * Conduct initial research and screening of potential suppliers * Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met * Performance Evaluation: Track supplier performance against key metrics (e.g., quality, delivery, cost) and identify areas for improvement * Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and open communication * Identify potential cost efficiency through category management and other strategic initiative * Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers, analyze industry trends, and benchmark pricing * Develop and maintain accurate unit rate models to inform sourcing decisions and negotiate favorable terms * Support the implementation of digital tools and technologies to streamline procurement processes and enhance data-driven decision-making * Assist with contract management, including reviewing terms and conditions, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance * Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations * Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations * Assist with other procurement-related tasks as needed **Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field * Fresh graduates with prior relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (as evidenced by academic projects, internships, or work experience) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate ideas) * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment * Conversational English proficiency is mandatory In the event that you haven’t received any updates after 3 weeks, your data will be kept and we may contact you for another career destination.
