Product Analyst Lead Head

We are building the next generation of our X-Sell system and are looking for a Product Analytics Lead/Head to own the analytical and decision-making foundation behind how we engage customers across products. You will shape how we prioritise offers, orchestrate customer communication, and design the business logic behind cross-sell decisions, ensuring customers receive the right offer, at the right time, through the right channel. This is a high-impact opportunity to define an end-to-end recommendation ecosystem from the ground up, partnering closely with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable production systems. What you’ll do: • Own end-to-end analytics for the X-Sell system, driving decisions across customer engagement, offer prioritisation, and recommendation logic • Design the analytical framework for cross-sell and next-best-offer strategies across our entire customer base • Build prioritisation logic for customer offers and communication, ensuring a smart and scalable approach • Partner closely with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to define business requirements for recommendation models and identify the most valuable use cases for ML applications • Translate business goals into analytical and model requirements: define what should be optimised, which signals and features matter, and how success should be measured • Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing, customer insights, and incremental optimisation of recommendation mechanics • Generate insights on customer behaviour and communication effectiveness to improve engagement and conversion across products • Help define where and how recommendation models should be implemented in production, aligning multiple stakeholders around priorities and execution • Establish scalable processes and decision-making frameworks for cross-sell initiatives in a fast-growing environment What makes you a great fit: • Experience with X-cell or similar products • A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.) • Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking • Advanced SQL and Python • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights • Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks • Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments • English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community Our ways of working: • Innovative Spirit: a team from the best technical universities • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who dare to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances Our benefits: • Relocation support to one of our hubs - Mexico, Serbia, Spain, Cyprus, Barcelona, Georgia - with full visa & permit support to the employee and family • Flexible work from one of our offices • Healthcare Coverage • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements • Vacation policy: 20 working days of annual leave and paid sick leave
