Founded in 2014, we rely on data, bold hypotheses, and user experience to grow efficiently. **Requirements:** \- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics ### \- Proficient SQL (BigQuery preferred) * Solid foundation in statistics and probability \- Strong data visualization skills (preferably Tableau) \- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, payments, marketing, retention, etc.) \- Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail \- Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders \- English - at least Intermediate (read documentation) **Nice to have:** \- Knowledge of column-oriented storages (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Athena) \- Strong GA4 analysis skills (analytics only — no setup required) **How you'll be contributing:** \- Monitoring and analyzing key product and payment funnel metrics \- Working with user segments (incl. high-value customers) \- Identifying anomalies in KPIs and finding their root causes \- Generating hypotheses and uncovering growth opportunities \- Supporting the development of our BI infrastructure (database + Tableau dashboards) \- Contributing to business planning and modeling **_Our tech & culture:_**_ You’ll be part of a team where we value autonomy, data access, smart tools, and minimal bureaucracy.
