Lead design end-to-end on hotel booking and loyalty rewards features from early-stage concepts and wireframes through to polished, developer-ready specs. 2\. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the build cycle, ensuring design intent is preserved in the final product. 3\. Partner with external clients and stakeholders to present work, gather feedback, and align on product direction. 4\. Contribute to and evolve our design system, maintaining consistency and scalability across all consumer touchpoints. 5\. Use data to drive decisions, leverage analytics, funnel metrics, and behavioral signals to identify problems and validate solutions. 6\. Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto-layout, collaborative workflows, and high-fidelity prototyping. 4\. Experience contributing to or building design systems. 5\. Strong prototyping skills to effectively communicate design concepts. 6\. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and A/B testing results. 7\. Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently. 8\. Strong communication skills to present design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 9\.
