Product Engineer - Talent Pool

If you are a Product Engineer or Product Analyst interested in working on data-driven and international projects, we’d love to connect with you through our Talent Pool! ### **What you'll do** * Frequently conduct requirements gathering meetings with the client * Collect and document all requirements in an organized structure * Rapidly prototype solutions using modern tools, including AI-powered tools * Present prototypes to the stakeholders, using material to refine requirements' definition * Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation * Gather feedback from users or clients and iterate quickly * Contribute to improving product quality and user experience * Support decision-making with a product and technical perspective ### Requirements * Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar) * Strong product mindset combined with a technical background * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders * Interest to work more closely to clients, spending great time on meetings to collect requirements * Experience or comfort with rapid prototyping * Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools (professional or personal projects) * Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements * Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking * Ownership mindset and collaborative attitude * Advanced English level (for conducting complex product's discussions with international teams) Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
