This role provides hands-on exposure to product discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap support, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in **product management, technology consulting, or digital transformation**. ### Key Responsibilities ### Product & Strategy Support * Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Support product roadmap planning and backlog grooming activities. * Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions. * Help translate business needs into clear, actionable product documentation. ### Stakeholder Collaboration * Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Analysts. * Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. * Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions. ### Data & Insights * Analyze product usage data, feedback, and metrics to identify trends and opportunities. * Help prepare product dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation efforts. ### Documentation & Communication * Maintain product documentation including PRDs, release notes, and user guides. * Assist with internal and client-facing product communications as needed. ### Qualifications ### Required * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ### Preferred * Interest in product management, technology consulting, or SaaS platforms. * ### Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts. * Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar. * Basic understanding of software development lifecycles.
