You will collaborate with Product & Delivery Management to manage tactical roadmap execution and translate strategic initiatives into actionable user stories. Your role requires broad cross-product collaboration and a deep technical focus, understanding backend architecture, integrations, and dependencies. You will uncover client needs, scope effort accurately, and ensure robust documentation and high-quality product delivery. You will act as the operational bridge between Product Managers and engineering teams, coordinating sprints, aligning priorities, and driving execution of complex initiatives. This position requires initiative, organizational skill, and the ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** • Align with Product & Delivery leadership to prioritize product backlog. • Define product functionality and write detailed user stories/epics with end-user empathy. • Manage sprints: planning, review, and acceptance of completed work. • Apply Agile methods to encourage disciplined software development and frequent inspection. • Articulate product vision and user stories clearly to teams and clients. • Deliver product acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery. • Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and roadmap execution. **EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE** • Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years of related experience. • Technical background with backend integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions. • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and process management. • Proven ability to manage complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence). • Comfortable working across distributed teams. • Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) applied across product, design, and engineering to support inclusive user experiences. _This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English._ _Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time._ **Health & Wellness** * Hybrid Work Opportunities * Flexible Time Off  * Career Development & Mentoring Programs  * Health & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parents  * Community Volunteering & Company Philanthropy Programs  * Employee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it” Click [here](https://www.q2.com/careers) to find out more about the benefits we offer. **Our Culture & Commitment:** We’re proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where career growth, collaboration, and wellness are prioritized.
