Product Owner - Worksite Ecosystem

Role Overview ------------- We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused **Product Owner WorkSite Ecosystem (Field-to-Cloud)** to lead the transition of our machine-to-machine and machine-to-cloud functionalities. Historically managed by CTCT, you will help define and execute the strategy that empowers our members to take ownership of these critical capabilities. By building a robust roadmap of implementations and deliveries, you will enable our members to double down on their connected workflow offerings, securing our market leadership at the site level. Reporting to the **Group Product Manager (Operators & Site)**, you will lead cross-functional product teams across **Christchurch (NZ)** and **Chennai (India)**, while also providing strategic oversight for SOW (Statement of Work) teams within the **WECO domain**. Key Responsibilities -------------------- * **Strategy & Roadmap Execution:** Partner with Product Managers to break down high-level roadmap items into actionable quarterly plans, aligning technical capabilities with site-level market leadership. * **Product Discovery & Lifecycle Management:** Lead feature discovery, definition, and analysis. Translate complex technical requirements into clear, high-quality user stories and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * **Sprint & Team Leadership:** Work closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver sprint outcomes. Act as a mentor, coaching other team members to uplift agile capabilities. * **Global Collaboration & Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for executing wider organizational priorities and leadership decisions across global teams, specifically bridging alignment between Chennai and WECO partners.
