Client support via call & chat: Deliver prompt and courteous customer service to clients through inbound calls and live chat support. Understand and resolve client concerns, escalating complex cases as needed. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. 2\. Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve device-related errors, system malfunctions, or configuration issues. Provide step-by-step technical assistance to users unfamiliar with digital tools or hardware. Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve recurring or complex issues. 3\. Installation & software upgrade assistance: Guide clients through the installation of hardware devices and the setup of software tools. Provide remote or verbal support for software upgrades, patches, and updates.
