Job Summary ----------- Job Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Production Control** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus.** The **Production Control** role involves responsible of overseeing activities related to the procurement of Direct Planning materials, parts, In charge of helping materials and production functions.  **What a typical day looks like:** * Guides order processing activities for major customer units. * Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests. * Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedications, order expedites, and problem resolution. * Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to dedicated ship date time, reply time, and inventory goals. * Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.  May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.   * Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues. * Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.   * Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability. * Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. * May also hold up inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling. * Manages the activities of his subordinates * Guides and coordinates the supply of raw materials to the corresponding destinations * Supervise inventories **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and extensive knowledge of production planning and practices. * Experience as a Production planning Manufacturing industry. * Advanced English. * Excell Advanced * Ability to make data-driven decisions. * Successful use of decision-making and analytical skills. * Excellent communication skills * Production planning and demand management * Experience managing production schedules and work orders * Strong follow-up on production execution and material floor * Coordination of material supply to production lines * Inventory accuracy control and cycle counting practice * Inventory management * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD (On Time Delivery) * Work order aging tracking and reporting **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary * Life & Medical insurance * Christmas Bonus * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance KC10 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
