We are looking for a _"Production Engineering Specialist"_ who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our _**Dudullu-DT (distribution transformers) factory**_ with below qualifications; **How you will make an impact:** * Analyze production data and identify opportunities for safety, quality, productivity and efficiency improvements. * Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges. * Monitor equipment performance and work with maintenance teams to improve machine reliability and OEE. * Participate in PFMEA, control plans, risk assessments, and process audits. * Support cost reduction initiatives and track project savings. * Train operators and production personnel on new processes and best practices. * Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines. **Your Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering fields. * Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in production, factory and field experience. * Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP tools. (Good to have Autocad) * Strong persuasion and communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
