Production Machine Operator

What will you get to do? * Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards. * Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance. * Championing Safety and Quality: You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices. * Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing. * Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork. * Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.  Experience that you need to succeed * Ability to work in both cold and warm environments. * Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting. * Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs. * Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers. * Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery. * Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.). * Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately. * Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots. * Ability to read, speak and write English.
