Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Production Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus**. The **Production Manager** directs and coordinates operational activities within the manufacturing process to achieve production objectives while meeting cost, quality, and delivery requirements. ### **What a typical day looks like:** * Responsible for the operation of an area covering the end-to-end manufacturing process. * Manage and develop direct reports, including Supervisors and Technicians. * Review and determine the resource and staffing needs of the assigned area. * Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as Planning, Production Control, and Engineering. * Ensure manufacturing operations comply with production quality and cost objectives. * Monitor, analyze, and drive key operational metrics and KPIs for the area. * Identify area needs and request the necessary budget and resources to achieve business objectives. * Build and maintain effective relationships with management and key internal customers. * Resolve escalated issues, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively to support plant goals. * Follow up on daily shift operations, ensuring proper documentation and communication of incidents and operational impacts. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. * Monitor production performance against the manufacturing plan and implement corrective actions when needed. ### **The experience we're looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field. * Metal-mechanical manufacturing experience is considered a plus. * Previous experience in a Production Manager position or a similar leadership role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven people management and team development experience. * ERP knowledge; experience with **BAAN** is a plus. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience leading large production teams in a manufacturing environment. * Experience tracking and reporting shift events, operational incidents, and production impacts to direct leadership. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. ### **What you'll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life Insurance and Major Medical Insurance. * Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo). * Grocery Vouchers. * Savings Fund.
