If this sounds interesting, we’d like to meet you.  Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking for a **Production Manager** to join our production department in **Bielsko-Biała, Poland**. **What a typical day looks like:** * Organize and supervise the work of production department focused on low voltage equipment. * Participate in launching new production lines, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO. * Plan and deliver production targets in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost. * Coordinate subcontractors’ work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning and technical/organizational arrangements. * Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance teams. * Prepare status reports, react to delays, and initiate corrective actions. * Build and develop the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation). * Conduct cost analysis, prepare budget data, and supervise tools and equipment. * Implement optimization initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost-saving projects. * Represent the area in contacts with key customers and business partners. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * University degree (preferably technical or related to production management). * Minimum 3 years of experience managing production or operations. * Experience working with subcontractors and contractors in technical and organizational scope. * Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish for effective communication in an international environment. * Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. * Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Process Optimization. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage. * Results-oriented, responsible, and independent. * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment. * Experience with datacenter infrastructure, modular electrical systems, or similar environments is an advantage. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Interesting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team * Substantive support in the process of adaptation * Participation in projects of international scope * Social package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card) * Contract of employment GS110 KS59 Job Category ------------ Operations Anord Mardix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
