Production Operator

**Job Description:** **Join Our Growing Mars Snacking Team in Ballarat – We’re Hiring Across the Factory!** **Permanent, onsite roles in Ballarat** with 5-day **rotating shift roster (Days & Nights).** **At Mars Snacking,** we’re looking for passionate, hands-on people to help us continue making the high-quality products we all love and know! **What You’ll Do:**  * Firstly, you’ll want to have a love for Manufacturing!  * Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks.  * Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently.  * Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.  * Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time, high-quality production.  * Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.  **What are we looking for?**   * Have an interest in working in Manufacturing!   * Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.  * Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key.  * Strong problem-solving abilities.  * High attention to detail.  * Relatable prior working experience.  * Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.  **What can you expect from Mars?**   * Genuine career progression with a focus on you and your career goals.
