Production Operator

* Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production requirements. * Perform machine start-up, operation, changeover, and shutdown activities safely and efficiently. * Monitor machine performance, operating parameters, and product quality during production runs. * Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and operational standards. * Record production data, machine performance, downtime, and operational issues accurately in required documentation. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve minor machine malfunctions, jams, and process abnormalities to minimize downtime. * Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and regulatory requirements at all times. * Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Qualifications** * Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferably from a Polytechnic). * Fresh graduates (D3) are welcome to apply, provided they have hands-on experience operating or handling production machines during internships. * Good understanding of machine operation, production processes, and basic PLC programming. * Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills. #LI-BR1 **Dare** to be bold, **Discover** what’s possible, and **Do** the incredible.
