Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Production Planning Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North.**_ _Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Production Planning Manager role will be_ _responsible for leading production planning and control activities to ensure production goals are met, including material planning follow-up, schedule coordination, and communication of risks or constraints impacting the production plan._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Notifies Materials and Program Management of material situation that affect the attainment of the production plan._ * _Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, hold up performance and process procedures._ * _Interfaces with warehousing and purchasing to expedite problem parts and to reschedule material deliveries that will result in excess inventory._ * _Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management_ *  _In charge of the development and implementation of the company’s production control functions including Master Scheduling, Production Planning/Coordination, Shop Scheduling, and Dispatching._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_ * _Solid experience in production planning and production control within a manufacturing environment._ * _Experience leading planning teams._ * _Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably BAAN, to support production planning, material follow-up, scheduling, and inventory control._ * _Advanced Excel skills for developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports related to production status, scheduling, performance, risks, and constraints._ * _PowerPoint knowledge to prepare and present production metrics, updates, and key indicators to leadership._ * _Knowledge of supermarket management._ * _Intermediate English._ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
