Job Summary ----------- **General Purpose:**        Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.  **Principle Accountabilities:**   * Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.  * Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.  * Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.  * Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.  * Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.  * Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.  * Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.  * Coach and mentor Operations team.   * Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.  * Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.   **Experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Completed education. * Experience as a Production Superintendent. * Knowledge of 5S methodology. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Knowledge of 4Q (Excel). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools. * Experience with SMT, Backend, and Box Build processes. * Follow-up on Work Order closures. * English: Basic. * Experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams (CFTs). * Availability to work flexible schedules **What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:** * Competitive salary * Life and medical insurance * Christmas bonus * Food vouchers * Savings fund JM54 Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
