Production Supervisor - Cement

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. * Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures. * Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance. * Monitor and manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes. **What Are We Looking For** * Prior cement plant or heavy industrial experience. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in production management software and tools. * Preferred: Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized material‑clearing equipment (e.g., kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations. **Work Environment** * Fast-paced manufacturing setting. * 12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off * Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. * Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary ($77,180 - $102,900) and participation in our annual incentive plan. * 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. * Highly competitive benefits programs, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits. * Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). * AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance. * Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays.
