Lead team performance and operational excellence: Drive team performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational targets are consistently achieved. 2\. Develop and empower production teams: Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen capabilities, engagement, and accountability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 3\. Promote Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW): Work closely with operators and support teams to ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of Michelin Manufacturing Way standards and best practices. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Managing daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets * Leading and developing operator teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management * Monitoring production performance and implementing corrective actions when needed * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards * Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **Required** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields) * 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or engineering environments * Strong leadership and people management capabilities * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in a manufacturing environment * Native Thai speaker with good communication skills in English **Preferred** * Experience leading shopfloor teams in manufacturing environments * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies * _**Fresh graduates with outstanding leadership experience and strong potential are also welcome to apply**_
