Job Description

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a **Production Supervisor** at our **New Hope, MN** pasta production facility. The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals while supporting employee development and continuous improvement.
**Schedule:** Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7:30am
**Pay:** $77,000 - $84,000
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production throughput, quality, and labor utilization targets
* Supervise, coach, and develop frontline employees through performance management, training, communication, and employee engagement initiatives
* Monitor production, quality, and safety performance metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation of Lean manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives
* Partner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, including participation in audits, investigations, and corrective actions
* Lead shift communications, team huddles, and operational coordination activities while supporting emergency response efforts and maintaining accurate operational documentation and reporting
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
* Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require
* Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Associate degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
* Previous experience in food manufacturing and/or high-speed production environments
* Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and behavior-based safety programs

Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
* Crouch, kneel, stoop, reach above shoulders, bend, balance, climb, work on ladder, push, pull, grasp, feel, perform fine manipulation, lift/carry (up to 50 pounds), sit, stand and walk for extended periods
* Work in dusty, high heat/humidity environment
* Ability to respond effectively to operational and emergency situations within the facility
