Production Support Engineer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** You will * Monitor and support critical production applications, responding to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs * Troubleshoot production issues using logs, monitoring dashboards, SQL data and application behaviour * Investigate incidents in Unix/Linux environments using standard command-line tools. * Coordinate recovery activities with development, engineering and infrastructure teams. * Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews * Improve monitoring, reduce alert noise and increase operational resilience * Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles * Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash, PowerShell or Python * Develop simple tools and scripts that improve team efficiency * Use AI productivity tools such as Copilot or Claude to support automation, documentation and operational analysis * Support deployments, patching, disaster recovery exercises and platform maintenance * Review operational readiness of changes and identify potential production support risks * Communicate service status and recovery progress to relevant stakeholders **Kogo poszukujemy?** Must have * **Experience in Production Support, Application Support** or **IT Operations**, preferably within financial services * **Hands-on knowledge of** **Unix/Linux**, including log analysis and application troubleshooting * Ability to write and troubleshoot **SQL queries** * Scripting experience with **Bash, PowerShell** or **Python** * Practical experience supporting and maintaining **Kubernetes environments** * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as **Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus** or similar * Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and distributed applications * Working knowledge of **Incident, Problem and Change Management** processes * Experience improving operational processes through automation and continuous improvement * Practical experience with AI productivity tools such as **Copilot, Claude** or similar * Very good English and strong communication skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams Nice to have * Knowledge of **payment systems or payment processing** * Experience with **Oracle, Kafka, MQ or WebSphere** * Experience supporting **Disaster Recovery** exercises * **ITIL certification** **Czego wymagamy?** 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Linux * Kubernetes * Splunk * bash * PowerShell * Python Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 11.8k–15.1k PLN netto/m (B2B) * 8.4k–10.8k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Szkolenia wewnętrzne * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy * Kawa / Herbata * Parking rowerowy * Pakiet relokacyjny **Kim jesteśmy?** Od 20 lat wspieramy liderów IT, dostarczając technologie, ekspertów i pełne wsparcie operacyjne - w tym legalizację pobytu i pracy międzynarodowych specjalistów IT Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.
