Job Description
The **Production Team Lead** will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.

**What You Will Do:**
* Lead a team of 5-10 direct reports
* Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
* Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles.
* Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
* Create an environment in which employees can work safely.
* Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.
* Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
* Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.
**Position Details**
* This position is located in **Garland, TX**
* Must be within commutable distance to **Garland, TX**
* Work Schedule: **Monday - Friday, 1:30 - 9:30pm**
**Minimum Qualifications**
* High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor’s degree
* Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
* Experience in production supervision
* Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment
* TPM experience
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint)
* Experience with SAP
**Annual or Hourly Compensation Range**
The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
