Together, we can shape the future. **Job Description:** Sicherstellen, dass die Anlagen die gewünschten Vorgänge gemäß den geltenden Verfahren und Richtlinien ausführen, sowie die Anlagen überwachen, um die Lieferung eines (halb-)fertigen Produkts gemäß den Spezifikationen zu gewährleisten. Aufgaben: * Bedienen und Einstellen der Anlagen gemäß den bestehenden Verfahren und Richtlinien. Bedienen von Pumpen, Öffnen und Schließen von Hähnen usw. * Beheben von Warnmeldungen * Durchführung verschiedener Qualitätskontrollen der jeweiligen Produkte, um die Anforderungen des Prozesses zu erfüllen * Erkennen von Abweichungen während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses und Einbeziehung anderer Mitarbeiter, um qualitativ hochwertige Produkte sicherzustellen * Kontrolle der von einer Anlage produzierten Produktmenge * Durchführung von Hilfsaufgaben im Produktionsprozess gemäß den Vorgaben der Verfahren und der Vorgesetzten * Durchführung kleinerer Wartungsarbeiten und Unterstützung der Wartungstechniker sowie der Elektriker bei größeren Wartungsarbeiten * Arbeitet bei Bedarf mit Brückenwaagenbedienern, Absackern usw. zusammen, um eine kontinuierliche Produktion sicherzustellen * Erfasst alle relevanten Produktionsdaten im erforderlichen IT-System * Stellt die Verwendung von persönlicher Schutzausrüstung sicher und übernimmt die Verantwortung für deren sichere Aufbewahrung und Pflege gemäß den Vorgaben des Sicherheitshandbuchs Über Sie: * Abitur oder gleichwertige Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung * Vorherige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position * Technisches Englisch – Lesen und Verstehen **Employee Type:** Permanent **Why Join Us?** Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
