As a **Coder I**, you’ll be a vital part of transforming medical documentation into clean, compliant, and accurate coding — making a real impact behind the scenes of patient care. In this role, you'll review professional services across **multiple medical specialties** and assign the correct **ICD-10-CM**, **procedure**, and **E/M codes**, all while staying on top of AMA and CMS guidelines. After a short onsite onboarding period, the position shifts to **fully remote** (with the occasional onsite visit for special training or projects).
