Program Leader - Seasonal

**Job Details:** **SALARY:** $12.50 - $22.50 per hour depending on position and experience APPLICATIONS ARE HELD ON FILE FOR 45 DAYS. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Provide childcare for children (depending on location) * Develop activities and programs for children or adults (depending on location) * Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of activities, classes, day trips, and special events. * Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming environment. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Must possess good communication and customer service skills. * Previous experience teaching/working with groups of children in a structured setting preferred. * Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. ​**PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENINGS:** * Criminal Background Check * Drug and alcohol testing City of Arlington is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
