This team provides a 360-degree view across the enterprise, exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful impact. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Program & Planning.   **A Day in the Life …**  As an **Enterprise Planning and Delivery Program Manager II**, you will own projects and programs end-to-end, driving execution and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll leverage strong analytical skills to perform data analysis, create insights, and develop compelling presentations that influence decision-making at the highest levels. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leaders.    * Provide support in managing and deliver enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion.  * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.  * Develop high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences.  * Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective execution.  * Build strong relationships across business, technology, and operations teams to enable collaboration and problem-solving.  * Adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with confidence.  **You Own This If You Have …**  * Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus.  * 4\+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related fields.  * Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, modeling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive insights.  * Possesses financial literacy and can work with financial data to provide insights in support of strategic and operational decisions  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven executive presence.  * Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.  * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.  * Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, results\-oriented mindset.  * Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.  **Pay Range Details** The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws.
