Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a \[**Program Manager**\] located in **\[Shanghai Waigaoqiao, China\].** **What a typical day looks like:** * Interface and foster good relationship with customers to understand customer expectations, sales contract terms and requirements * Manage product programs with internal related departments to ensure it meets customer expectations and requirement * To manage the forecast and project program revenue to achieve financial results and control E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) * To continuous reduce product cost (lead the engineering / operational / materials) to enhance company and customer account P&L, Inventory Turns and Account Receivable * To oversee order process management to enhance product revenue and ensure on time delivery * Manage new program and lead the New Program Introduction team to successfully meet the product time to market, time to volume, time to quality and time to cost * Receive Request for Quotes from customer and work with quotation team to ensure quotes are submitted on time and accurately * Managed capacity planning, production scheduling, and material procurement to flexibly respond to fluctuations in demand from key clients * Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, successfully reducing NPI cycle time by 15% and increasing on-time delivery rate for mass production from 95% to 98%. * Drive project KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Turnover, Manufacturing Overhead Ratio, and Customer Satisfaction. * Collaborated closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering departments to resolve bottlenecks and ensure resource alignment. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor with at least 5 years’ experience in project management; * Both NPI and Mass Run experience are required * Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills; * Excellent in English (oral & written) & Computer operation; * Good communication skill, open mind and teamwork spirit; * Strong leadership & dynamic; * Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance; * Business minded, Finance cost management and logistics concept. **Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:** * Social Insurance * Life Insurance * PTO Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
