Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Manager** located in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Reporting to the **Sr. Program Manager,** he **Program Manager** role will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. **What a typical day looks like:** * Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. * In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. * Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. * Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. * Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. * Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. * Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. * In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. * Maintain current and develop additional business with customers **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. * Advanced English * Previous Experience as a PM * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology * Experience in Electronics Manufacturing environment. * Proven experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. * Direct customer-facing experience * Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production floor processes. * Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, logistics, customer service, and program financial management. * Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory. * Experience in the following roles are highly desirable: Program Administrator Product Manager.
