Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Manager.** Reporting to the Director, Program Management, the Program Manager role involves guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. **What a typical day looks like:** * Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. * Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. * Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. * Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. * Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. * Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. * Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. * In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. * Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. * Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. * Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. * Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in launching new projects and in a multinational environment. * Demonstrates knowledge of NPI programs and multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries. * Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. * Excellent communication skills, first contact of costumers (external and internal). * Fluent in English. * On-site working schedule and willingness to travel as required. * ISO 13485 standard knowledge can be an advantage. * Professional knowledge related to the requirements of the ISMS standard * Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (official criminal record certificate) **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Fringe benefits: bonus, Cafeteria * Company car * Stable, dynamically developing multinational corporate background * Unique, forward-looking manufacturing technologies, professional work environment * Opportunity for continuous professional development AO16 annaokros Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
