Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Manager** . The “**Program Manager**” will be based in Juarez south Reporting to **Director Program Management** In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. **What a typical day looks like:** * Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. * In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. * Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. * Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. * Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. * Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. * Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. * Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise. * Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. * Previous experience in Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering. * Failure Analysis methodologies * Advanced English * Previous Experience as a PM * Knowledge of Manufacturing Process * NPI Transfer. * Organized individual * Customer service experience * Manufacturing experience * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance GR66 Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
