The role requires leading a multi-year transformation program spanning multiple functions, platforms, and external partners, ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery outcomes.   **Job Description** **Location:** Prague **#LI\-Hybrid**  (12 days/month in office) Internal Job Title : Program manager DDIT PO&CF AskNovartis  **Key Accountabilities:** **Platform Strategy & Enterprise Leadership** * Define and drive the strategic direction of AskNovartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment. * Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across domains, ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys. * Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy. **Enterprise Program Delivery & Governance** * Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams. * Establish and run robust governance structures, including decision forums, escalation paths, and performance management. * Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies, financials, and progress to senior leadership. **Stakeholder Management & Alignment** * Act as the primary interface to senior stakeholders across DD&IT, P&O, and Corporate Functions. * Drive alignment, decision-making, and prioritization across competing needs and agendas. * Build trust and credibility as a senior partner to business and technology leadership. **Service Transformation & Value Realization** * Drive transformation of services through automation, simplification, and improved user experience. * Ensure measurable business value delivery, including efficiency gains, experience improvements, and reduced operational complexity. * Embed value tracking and benefit realization into program execution. **Cross-functional Orchestration & Scaling** * Coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners. * Manage complex interdependencies across platforms (e.g., service management, HR systems, AI platforms). * Ensure scalable operating model and consistent execution as the platform expands across domains. **Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:** Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve. **What you will receive:** Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary; Risk Life Insurance (full cost covered by Novartis); 5-week holiday per year; (1 week above the Labour Law requirement) ; 4 paid sick days within one calendar year in case of absence due to sickness without a medical sickness report; Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits from Benefit Plus Cafeteria in the amount of 17,500 CZK per year; Meal vouchers in amount of 90 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company); transportation allowance; MultiSport Card.
