Program Manager I

**At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Responsibilities:** ·      Track release schedules, milestones, and deliverable status across R&D and PV teams using Jira and other tools. ·      Maintain release calendars, checklists, and status dashboards, and keep release documentation (release notes, sign-off records) accurate and up to date. ·      Follow up with RD/PV stakeholders to collect status updates, open items, and required sign-offs. ·      Administer and maintain release tracking tools and templates; flag process gaps or missed deadlines to management. ·      Communicate release status, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders across time zones. ·      Attend two weekly/bi-weekly staff meetings conducted fully in English and produce accurate, well-organized meeting minutes covering decisions and action items. ·      Distribute meeting minutes promptly and follow up on outstanding action items with owners. **Job Qualifications:** ·      Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. ·      Excellent spoken and written English — able to follow live, fast-paced discussions with US and Brazilian English speakers and produce clear, accurate meeting minutes. ·      Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through on tracked items. ·      Comfortable learning and using tracking/collaboration tools such as Jira, and spreadsheets. **Additional Skills/Preferences:**                      Prior experience with administrative coordination, project tracking, or documentation; exposure to Jira, or similar tools; experience working in a cross-cultural/international team setting is a plus. **Additional Information:** ·      Team structure: reports to the Release Management team lead; works closely with R&D and Product Verification (PV) engineering teams. ·      Key stakeholders: RD and PV counterparts based in the Taiwan, US and Brazil; department senior management for staff meetings. ·      Tools/systems used: Jira, and release tracking/status dashboards.
