Leader of crossfunctional project team within a matrix organization for 1 project Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are: ----------------------------------------- * To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work. * To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects. * To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects. * To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects. * To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form). * To foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success * To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues. * To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed. * To follow and continuously improve project management system, contract review and APQP processes   What Do We Expect From You: --------------------------- * Be able to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents * Proven capabilities to be an effective communicator, facilitator and problem solver in front of customers and suppliers alike. * Provide effective oral and written reports to department heads, customers and suppliers. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent structured problem solving skills. * Skills in resource planning and leveling * Understanding of AIAG requirements for PPAP/APQP * Understanding the requirements in IATF 16949 Quality System  * Thinking outside the box * Goal focus and Customer focus * Team play **What can you expect from us?**  * Mobile Allowance. * Physical examination. * Commercial insurance. * Training/ Employees activities. * Annual Leave.
