Job Summary ----------- The **Programming Engineering Technician (Support**) will be based in **Guadalajara North.** Here are some examples of the activities you will be doing: * Database maintenance and administration. * Executing updates for the HOTSPOT application. * Providing technical support for the application. * Developing tools and implementing continuous improvements. * Process optimization. * Generating and automating operational reports. * Monitoring and resolving incidents related to databases and web applications. * Developing and improving front-end and back-end functionalities. * Implementing continuous improvements to existing systems and tools. * Managing and maintaining servers related to the department's applications. * Documenting processes, developments, and changes made to the app. Essential skills for the role: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. * Knowledge of programming and software development. * Experience with the C++ programming language. * Knowledge and handling of Apache. * Experience with MySQL database administration and querying. * Knowledge of server administration and maintenance. * Ability to analyze and interpret data. * Experience in web page development and maintenance. * Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies. * Problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical incidents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * Availability to work the 1st shift. * 100% on-site work arrangement. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
