Project Analyst

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to support project execution, reporting, and decision-making. The role will partner closely with Project Managers and leadership stakeholders to track progress, analyze project data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive timely and effective project outcomes. **What will you :** Key Responsibilities * Support Project Managers in maintaining standardization across project processes and proactively identifying and reporting issues. * Collect, validate, and analyze project data to generate meaningful insights for project reviews and informed decision-making. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to present project status, trends, KPIs, and performance metrics. * Prepare clear, concise, and professional status updates, presentations, and summaries for project teams and leadership. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up on action items and accurate reporting of project progress. * Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and proactively recommend practical, data-driven solutions. **What You Need:** Required Skills * 5-8 years of experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Project Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams, while effectively navigating conflict and driving alignment. * Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools to manage and analyze data, and to develop project health dashboards and reports. * Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and reporting practices. Qualifications Candidates should hold a B.Tech., B.E., MBA, or an equivalent qualification in technology, business, or a related field.
