* Experience with project coordination and estimating in the construction industry.
* Understanding of the dynamics of supplier relationships.
* Good knowledge of our product lines.

**Challenges awaiting you:**
* Provide contractors with accurate estimates and work with key suppliers and other internal associates to provide the right products at the right time in the right place.
* Check the requirements, scope and objectives of each project to ensure that it is managed efficiently and profitably. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
* Rigorously manage all aspects of purchase orders: documentation, communication, fulfillment and billing.
* Monitor the progress of projects and deal with problems as they arise (flag and escalate to management if necessary). Follow up with the customer to guarantee the brand promise and a delivery that meets the needs of the project.
* As necessary, negotiate prices and conditions of sale with suppliers in the best interests of the customer, while respecting acceptable margins.
* Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
* Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date and stay abreast of new developments in order to respond effectively to customers’ needs. Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your business skills.
