Project Engineer

**Title:** Project Engineer **Job Responsibilities:** * Under general supervision: Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client. * Responsible for day-to-day contact and communication with the client, focusing on providing client satisfaction. * Possess knowledge of Oil and Gas design and engineering in the offshore industry. * Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. * May also serve as the proposal manager for medium-sized projects. * Job role includes some budgetary accountabilities. * Manage internal and external project interfaces. * Responsible for the delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress. * Support the management of change process on the project, including the development of discrete schedules and budgets. * Support the identification and management of risks on the project, including the development of mitigation measures to remove and/or control residual risk. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience. * Experience with an Oil and Gas engineering company handling onshore and offshore projects. * Experience in coordinating and serving as the focal point for mechanical equipment procurement, including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings, and liaison with mechanical package engineers and client engineers. * Knowledge of multi-discipline execution of offshore projects. * Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE, and Navisworks. * Knowledge of digital delivery of projects is preferred.
