Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Project Engineer II** to lead and support capital projects, process improvement initiatives, equipment installations, and manufacturing optimization efforts at our Philadelphia, PA plant. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and external vendors to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.  **What You Will Do:** **Project Management**  * Manage manufacturing and engineering projects from concept through commissioning and handover.  * Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.  * Coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers.  * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.  **Manufacturing Process Improvement**  * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, yield, and reliability.  * Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.  * Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.  **Equipment and Capital Projects**  * Lead equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.  * Support automation, controls, and technology upgrades.  **Minimum Qualifications**  * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.  * 5 years of chemical manufacturing engineering experience or related.  * Experience managing capital or process improvement projects.  * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.  **Preferred Qualifications**  * PMP certification preferred.  * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.  * Experience with CAD, ERP, MES, or CMMS systems.  **Annual or Hourly Compensation Range** The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00.
