As a values-driven organisation, integrity, collaboration, agility, and inclusion are at the heart of how we work and interact with each other, customers, patients and suppliers. **Project Lead** As a Project Leader at ICON, you will be responsible for guiding and managing medical communications and publication projects to ensure the successful delivery. **What You Will Do:** You will manage day-to-day projects including cross-functional stakeholder alignment and client engagement responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and managing various medical communication projects including publications, including defining project briefs, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project outcomes. * Managing client status meetings, reports and liaison as co-lead with scientific counterparts for multiple projects * Execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time. * Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans, deliverables, and expectations. * Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing solutions to address challenges and keep the project on track or escalating as appropriate. * Providing regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and changes to stakeholders and team management and sr management as appropriate. **Your Profile:** You will have solid project and program management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and mentor more junior team members.
