Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Project Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North.** Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Project Manager role will be Responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization. **What a typical day looks like:** * Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer. * Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants. * Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas. * Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues. * Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control. * Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables. * Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc. * Assist in the management of larger projects/programs. * Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. * Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s). * Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience * Experience managing multiple customers or accounts simultaneously in a manufacturing environment. * Strong financial acumen, including solid understanding of P&L, cost control, budget tracking, and project financial impact. * Direct customer-facing experience, with the ability to drive project discussions, present updates, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations. * Experience working with global and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders across operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and customer teams * Knowledge of CAPEX projects, including investment planning, equipment/facility readiness, timelines, risk management, and execution follow-up. * Experience launching or setting up new operations, facilities, lines, or buildings from early planning through execution and stabilization. * Technical exposure to mechanical assembly processes. * Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to drive timelines, remove roadblocks, escalate risks, and ensure execution across multiple workstreams. * Advanced English communication skills required to interact with customers and global teams. * Nice to have Intermediate to advanced Chinese language proficiency **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
