**Job Title** Project Manager (Electrical/Mechanical) **Job Description Summary** Cushman & Wakefield is seeking experienced MEP Project Managers to support the delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects, including datacenter. This is an opportunity for professionals with a background in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering who are interested in managing projects from planning through execution and handover. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** * Manage MEP aspects of construction projects throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. * Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. * Review technical designs and provide practical recommendations. * Drive effective communication and reporting across project teams. * Support procurement, commissioning, and project closeout activities. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. **What We're Looking For** * Experience managing MEP, building services, or construction projects. * Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. * Experience in data center, mission critical, commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is advantageous. **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, LEED, or equivalent are a plus. **Why Join Us** Join a global real estate services leader and work on exciting projects across a variety of sectors, collaborating with industry experts and high-profile clients.
