Whether you are an engineer, customer service agent, supply chain expert, or salesperson, Dematic has a role for you. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **What You Will do in This Role:** * _Independently manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives._ * _Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans that encompass all necessary activities, resources, and timelines._ * _Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, risk registers, and budgets, utilizing defined project management techniques and tools._ * _Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes._ * _Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment._ * _Develop and implement resource management plans, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of project resources._ * _Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules._ * _Manage dependencies between project tasks and activities, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion._ * _Ensure contractual schedule alignment with all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle_ * _Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, ensuring effective and timely communication with all stakeholders._ * _Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts._ * _Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues._ * _Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders._ * _Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions._ * _Manage vendor performance, monitoring adherence to contractual obligations and resolving any issues or disputes with stakeholder support_ *  _Review and implement contract management plans, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements._ * _Manage change orders and contract modifications, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes._ * _Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved funding levels._ * _Track project expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget compliance._ * _Develop and implement cost control measures, maximizing project value and minimizing waste._ * _Forecast project costs and resource needs, supporting accurate budgeting and financial planning._ * _Prepare financial reports and presentations, providing insights into project financial performance._ * _Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies._ * _Proactively identify potential problems and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project deliverables._ * _Lead problem-solving efforts, facilitating collaborative solutions and ensuring timely resolution of issues._ * _Escalate risks and issues to senior management, as appropriate, providing recommendations for resolution._ **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred). * Minimum 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry. * Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. * Strong Project Management background. * Team leadership and facilitation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
